Refund Policy

This refund policy is maintained by the NFX School team and applies to fees paid for our courses and programmes.

Registration amount

The registration amount blocks your seat in a batch and is non-refundable, as the seat is held and withdrawn from open admissions once confirmed.

Before the batch starts

If you cancel before your batch start date, the course fee paid over and above the registration amount can be refunded or adjusted against a future batch. Write to info@nfxschool.com with your name, phone number and batch details.

After the batch starts

Once classes, project briefs and course material have been shared, fees are not refundable. In genuine cases such as medical or relocation reasons, we may allow a transfer to a later batch instead of a refund, subject to seat availability.

Batch transfer

You can request a one-time transfer to the next batch of the same course. Transfer requests should reach us in writing before the new batch starts.

If we cancel or reschedule a batch

If NFX School cancels a batch and no alternate batch works for you, the fees you paid for that batch are refunded in full.

Refund processing
